SSL certificates contain a digital signature that provides authenticity, non-repudiation, and integrity to a electronic commerce transaction. In other words, they verify the credentials of the website you're connecting to, and they provide a secure key for communications between a customer or employee and your website.

Using a third-party certificate gives your website a more professional appearance because most browsers already have the trusted root certificate from the most well known certificate authorities installed. This assures that your customers will not get warning messages from their browsers when visiting your site. It also establishes an initial level of trust because the certificate authority agrees that you are who you say you are and all encrypted communication will be sent to the server listed on the certificate.

How to order

You will need to generate a CSR for the domain you wish to secure and forward it to us along with some basic company information. After you respond to an email authorizing the certificate generation, we will use the CSR you provide to generate a certificate key. You will import the key on your server and your SSL will be installed and functional.

• Copy and paste it into an email along with the following information:
• New or renewal?
• Company name, contact person, email address, phone number.
  Technical contact, email address, phone number.
• Choose how many years you wish to purchase - 1, 2 or 3
• Send your email to ssl@netaganza.com
• You will be forwarded a bill to be paid by credit card.
• Once you have paid you will receive an email which you must respond to authorizing the certificate generation.
